STRUCTURAL TESTING

Hydrostatic Testing

Pressure testing of up to 65,000 psi is available at our facilities. We can perform direct expansion, hydrostatic testing for aerospace or industrial applications. We use top-of-the-line hydrostatic testing equipment to ensure the most accurate test possible. Our team is highly experienced with high pressure tests and provide fast turnaround for your program needs.

Modal Survey Testing and GVT

Modal testing allows our customers to understand the dynamic behavior of large structures by physically testing and measuring fundamental mode shapes and frequencies. Nautex Energy uses industry-leading software and hardware for all phases of modal survey and ground vibration testing. Our engineers perform pre-test analysis, create modal survey test plans, supply all test equipment for data acquisition, and perform data reduction for mode shape extraction, and correlate the finite element model (FEM) to the measured modal frequencies

Data Acquisition and Control

Nautex Energy utilizes industry-leading National Instruments and LMS data acquisition and control (DAQ&C) hardware to provide a highly flexible and scalable test solution that meets our customer’s testing needs. High-quality DAQ hardware, capable of monitoring structural and electrical signals of all types and magnitudes, is easily transported and rapidly setup at the test site to deliver answers to engineering challenges. Measurements such as strain, temperature, acceleration, and force are obtained using state-of-the-art equipment; providing the test team the capability of meeting any test challenge.
